HypoT causing adrenal fatigue ... or adrenal fatigue causing hypoT... ?

Does anyone know how you can tell if it's adrenal fatigue that's causing your

thyroid problems, or hypothyroidism which has given you adrenal fatigue? A bit

like the chicken and the egg, which came first. I don't know which problem to

treat first. If I treat the adrenal fatigue on it's own, my thyroid problems

might sort themselves out.

Diagnosed as hypoT by Dr S but I'm not taking any T4 or T3, as very small doses

of both give me chest pains so I am considering an adrenal issue.

Any help greatly appreciated.
