I think such tiny tablets are more suitable for use when increasing your T3 and fine tuning. The normal starting dose is 10mcgs (12.5mcgs depending on the brand), and then increasing that by another 10mcgs (12.5mcgs) in a couple of weeks or so if no adverse reaction by the same amount, only splitting your dose of T3 twice daily. T3 only has a short half life and the effect starts to leave your body around 6 to 8 hours after taking a dose. Luv - Sheila I'm hoping my endo will let me try t3, but I will want to start with tiny doses, so was thinking of asking for his approval to import the 5mcg tabs so it's easier to get the right starting dose.
