taking zinc with low cortisol

Following on from a point raised in another thread - I understand that taking

zinc lowers cortisol. What should someone like me, who is zinc deficient and

already has low cortisol do about supplementing zinc? I'm taking NAXs for my

adrenals.

Thanks

Susie

I have low cortisol in the morning and daytime, but high at bedtime! So I was

taking my zinc at bedtime, when I'm actively trying to reduce cortisol. I've

stopped zinc for the moment though, as I'm trying to get my ferritin up and I

think zinc can deplete or block iron absorption, not sure but am erring on the

safe side.
