can I take anti depressants alone with Erfa and HC

I have only recently found out about your wonderful help line and for over a

month now have been taking 1/2 a HC pill first thing in the morning and then 1/4

and another 1/4 later on, and for two weeks now I have been taking 1/2 a Efra

pill (I am thinking of increasing it to 1/2 and then 1/4 and another 1/4) this

weekend. My temperture has gone up - no longer do I have 34.5 I am now in the

36+ range. So I must be improvign, however my depression is if anything getting

worse. The stress from constantly feeling ill and trying to auto diagnose and

auto medicate has put such a stain on my relationship that in the 31st Dec I

walked out on my partner. Plus I will probably be without a job from May

onwards, so I suppose I have good reason to be depressed. So I have decided to

get a helping hand and next week I will go to a neurologist and if he perscrbes

antidepressants I will take them - only I do NOT wannt to tell him that I am on

thryroid medication- as my blood test are " normal " so he will read me the riot

act - and I cant handle that at the moment - IS it safe to take antidepressants

while on the above mentioned medication?
