Has anyone had any problems recently with receiving items from IPS?

Sorry to put this out here. We are having some major problems with an order

(after years of good service) and they haven't got back to us yet. Is anyone

aware of any problems at the moment?

If so, I have heard of no problems with them. Have you checked

at your local Sorting Office of Royal Mail to see whether they are holding a

package for you, that has had VAT added that you need to pay, and also the £8

Post Office handling charge. The postman might have forgotten to leave you a

card telling you this. This is happened to so many people in the past.

However, if it is not that, check the email address you are contacting

to make sure it is correct. I always use afshin@...
