TSH Declining - Thyroxine Free - Which way will it go ???

After 24hr adrenal Stress stage identifying - Stage 3 maladaption. Felt my 125

thyroxine was poisoning me. TSH was 0.17/FT4 was 13.91. (I have always had a

tsh of 1.79 or less & been hypothyroid 7 yrs). GP wanted to increase another

25mcg. I refused and asked for T3- which was declined. Came off Thyroxine down

to 25, in preparation of buying T3. Saw private endo, who wanted to try me

without any thyroxine in system. My tsh 6 wks later, on 25mcg was - 2.4 and FT4

14.5. 4 weeks later wihout any thyroxine in my system TSH has dropped to 1.4

(range 0.27-4.2) and FT4 has also gone down to 12.1 (range 12-22). Now after

having a few weeks of feeling slightly better, I am starting to need sleep again

in day and temp has gone back down to between 33.5-34.9.

I have a low IGF which is being monitered, and currently because I only have one

abnormal pituitory function (my igf 1), he doesnt think I need a pituitory scan.

It will be interesting to see if my TSH does indeed drop ?? anybody want to

comment ?
