B12 results etc. Please help.

After 2 weeks I finally managed to get my printed copy!!!

All marked normal....! Can't figure out what was is vitamin D though, what's

that called??

Serum Folate 3.2 (3.0-20)

Vitamin b12 239 (200-700)

Ferritin 108.5 (7.0-150)

All haemo etc are good. 

Any advice I see there are a few low ones but drs says they are normal. Can I

supplement if so what's best and what dose.
