As indicated in a previous email, we no

longer can accept a personal declaration for prescription medication

shipments. We do require a prescription to be able to fill medication

orders. Prescriptions can be faxed to 1-800-234-9185 or emailed to prescription@...

If needed, we would be happy to contact

your doctor to try to obtain a new prescription, we will just need your

Doctor's Name, State, Country and Phone number as well as your Date of

Birth.

For your first order under the new

regulations, please use purchase code NEWRX in the purchase code field that

is found during the ordering procedure for a 15% discount on your order. Or

alternatively call us on 1-800-234-9185 to place your order and ask to

receive the 15% discount.
