I have Hashimoto's disease for a long time and had lot of struggle due to lack of understanding among doctors, very common story here. Dr P helped me for 3 years and I'm lot better but still need adrenal support. I take Nutri Adrenal Extra 4 to 6 tablets and without it I get brain fog and get tired easily. Now I live in outside Europe and am having difficulty obtaining Nutri products. I know Dr S doesn't treat adrenals but his patients do well. I have no doubt with Dr P's treatment and can't thank him enough, but am wondering if my adrenals can recover too and what I can do. Apart from adrenal support, I take Armour 3 grains, T3 62.5mcg (2 1/2 x 25mcg), Vitamin C 3000mg, Co-enzyme and cod liver oil.
