Guest guest
This may be old news, but I just went to the chemist, and the iron supplements on the shelves weren't very strong, so I asked them if they had any others behind the counter. I ended up with 100 tablets of 210mg ferrous fumarate (one of the varieties of iron which I'd been advised to look for by Sheila) for £2.76. I may go through my entire list of vitamins and minerals and see what else I can find as a generic behind-the-counter version! SO much cheaper! And I've spent quite a fair whack on supplements lately. Vit D, B Complex, B12, C, zinc, calcium, magnesium, selenium and probably something else I can't think of. x Helen
