Guest guest
Hi Susie, If the adrenals aren't actually damaged by disease or by lack of a pituitary signal or by long term steroid use then the Circadian T3 Method when used with T3 only appears to work to either avoid the need for adrenal support or at least to reduce it. There are people trying this with NDT and a T3 dose but time will tell how this goes. I'd start with just the main T3 dosing as it may simply be the T3 itself that is going to do the trick. This alone will probably help the adrenals and it should be possible to see how bad the situation is. The caveat here is if the low cortisol becomes too much of a problem or it does interfere with progress then of course there is always the option to begin to use The Circadian T3 Method but this would need to be done very slowly and cautiously. Best wishes, > > Hi >
