First appointment with an endo - advice please

I asked a gp if i could see an endo appointment before Christmas. The hospital

did not respond to her letter detailing my concerns.

I saw my usual gp this week and she has booked an appointment online for me to

see an endo.

I saw Dr P in November and am on a treatment plan he gave me which includes T3.

Do I tell the endo about the above treatment plan, I haven't told my usual gp

yet because when I have spoken to her before about my blood tests and the urine

T3 test result ( which was low) she advised me that the bloods were normal and

as for the T3 urine test it just seems to gets disregarded.
