Guest guest
I'm taking 2 NAX tablets each morning, and far as I can tell they've pretty much sorted any adrenal problem - did the scratch test this morning and it was absolutely fine. The fatigue has improved marginally although with my T4/T3 at the low end I didn't expect that to change dramatically. I'm finding though that if I don't take them, I'll almost sleep right through (never do 100%, always get up to pee a few times but that's normal for me), but if I do, I'll be fairly awake at around 1 or 2am for an hour or two. Does that mean I need more? Or less even? A saliva profile isn't an option sadly - I've only got money for one test and I need to get my thyroid antibodies checked so I'm doing that next week.
