Guest guest
I get 'roller-coaster' nights, when I'm just about to fall asleep and I feel like I'm falling off a cliff, and it wakes me with a jolt. This repeats through the night. Its horrible. I have found that if I increase my Nutri Adrenal Extra, they mostly stop. When I tried reducing the amount I take, the roller-coastering came back. Don't know if that helps....but it goes to show that this illness can create weird stuff. I used to think it was all in my mind, tried meditation, herbal sleeping tablets, hops/lavendar under pillow, but the only thing that has helped has been the NAX. I thought I was sleeping but remember feeling as if I was going to drop out of bed but feeling paralyzed and feeling very tingly all over and then I jolted my body then woke up, I have had this feeling before, has anyone had this? I have also been having nightmares a couple of times over the last few weeks. > > Love > > Ali >
Guest guest
Hi Ali, I get this too, it's like I don't feel my body and I feel numb and disassociated; just feels surreal. My levels are low too and my ferritin was low as well, just started ferrous fumarate on Sat. I don't know if it is just placebo effect or it is already working, but I do feel a little bit better and didn't have this yesterday... Guest guest
Hi All, The weird things that you feel may be 'sleep starts'. They are generaly related to stress. Other 'sleep starts' can be hearing a loud bang or a bright flash of light when just drifting off to sleep. These can be so disturbing that one wakes up. I used to have them - they stopped when I treated my adrenals. B
