You need to increase your dose of whatever thyroid medication

works best for you until you have found the dose that takes away your symptoms,

whether thyroidless or still have a functioning thyroid and you should increase

your dose on a regular basis, but for T3 only, you should do this about every 3

to 4 weeks if there have been no adverse reaction to any previous increases in

your T3 med. With levothyroxine only, it takes up to 6 weeks for the thyroid

hormone to be fully utilised in the body, so increases would need to be done

over a longer period.

Most people find increasing natural thyroid extract every 3 to 4

weeks works fine too.
