Mother falsely accused of shaking babies?

Anyone involved in this case??? I remember it was mentioned a few weeks ago.

I am the grandmother of naturally conceived quadruplets. These babies were

born two months premature weighing around three pounds each. When the babies

were three WEEKS old they were all four given Hepititis B shots. They were

discharged home to my daughter at three weeks-three pounds with resperatory

distress and possible infection. She took excellent care of them. Around

their due date, one of the babies became ill. She rushed him to an emergency

room. He was admitted and treated for 12 days for spinal menigitis. They

could not diagnosis this because there was blood in the spinal fluid

(5+spinal taps were done). He was discharged home with " SEPSIS " . Two days

later, she rushed him back to the hospital. He was in a comatose stage and

having seizures. They immediately said that she had shaken him. Surgery was

preformed inserting a shunt into his head to release blood and fluids from

his brain. He is now two years old with the capabilities of perhaps6 month

old - severe brain damage-appears to have CP. A few days after his surgery,

I took the other three to the hospital. One of the quads also had to have a

shunt and the other two had some blood spots in their brains. To shorten the

story, my daughter was found guilty by circumstances only of child abuse.

She was sentenced to 172.5 years in prison. I know that she did not hurt

these babies.

Could the Hep B shots have caused the babies to appear to have been shaken?

You are probably very busy, but I search the internet daily trying to find

out what could have happened to my grandchildren. They are all four going to

be adopted out soon and we will probably never see them again. I need to

know what could have happened. I know that they were not abused.
