If you are low in ANY of the hormones your glands secrete, the

only option is to supplement with whatever is low. As your oestrogen level is

so very low, I would go for the oestrogen patch and see if this helps. However,

some patients who have been diagnosed with ME and fibromyalgia find these are

helped enormously by taking T3, the active thyroid hormone.

I'm 52 years old and have M.E. for the past 25 years. I also have Lyme Disease,

Fibromyalgia and arthritis. I'd appreciate if somebody could comment on the

result as it appears very low. Is there a natural oestrogen that you'd

recommend or do you feel an oestrogen patch would be okay? The result was:

Oestradiol 45.70 (71.6 - 520.2) Follicular
