Sorry Emma, only just got to your message and too late to advise

what you should take to your endo. appointment. Do let us know how you got on,

and I hope it went well and that your mind has been put at rest a bit more.

T3 = 5.4 Range 3.5-6.5

T4 = 10.8 Range 11-23

These were last done in early December and I have not been tested since.

I have not increased my Armour as I used to suffer with too much T4 in the

blood and had awful anxiety and palps so I get scared to be honest. I know I

need to do something as I am definitely suffering with borderline depression

and anxiety again.
