Anyone take nutri adrenal extra?

Hi,

does anyone else take Nutri adrenal extra? I have just been informed that they

are useless and actually contain ingredients that reduce cortisol levels! If

this is the case, I cant understand why a private doc in London (who I choose

from your list) put me on them a year ago!

Are they useless/bad? What alternative should I try? I am completely lost now.
