Sorry Sheila I meant, where in the starting out to cure yourself does it come?

Should you get all of these things done before doing anything else (which makes

sense to me) or should you do it at some stage later on after you have seen Dr

Skinner for instance? I expect it makes more sense to be armed with them all

before setting off because I assume that Dr Skinner (or other good doctors)

would want to know about these before they proceed to alter any of your

medications?
