Guest guest Posted January 26, 2012 Report Share Posted January 26, 2012 I'm getting this really badly at the moment - feel bloated all the time, and I'm noticing that anything I eat is taking forever to leave my stomach. If I want to be comfortable at night I have to have my last meal at around 5pm - any later and it's still sat there when I go to bed at 9.30ish. Today I've had my big meal at around 4pm and a snack since, the meal hasn't gone anywhere and I am now hugely bloated, uncomfortable and short of breath. I do tend to overeat but I eat vastly less than I used to - yet the bloating and digestion is worse than ever. I take HCl and now bromelain as well, I've stopped drinking tea as this used to be a trigger for bloating but not drinking it has made no difference at all now. Is there anything else I can try?
