Guest guest
I take T3 in 4 doses daily but I found I would sometimes forget or not have the meds with me when I was out. I tried having some in my bag, coat pocket etc but I think I now have the answer! I found a great little keyring capsule like container (from Amazon) that holds smaller tablets in and its just great as it is very rare I am anywhere without my keys.Just thought it was something worth sharing. Thanks Sheila for all you put into this website and helping those of us who struggle so much with Doctors that won`t listen! Very much appreciated Pam
Guest guest
That sounds like a good idea. When I was experimenting with taking T3 at different times of day I had a watch on which you could set 5 different alarms as the day went on. So if you might forget a dosage you could try something like that. Miriam > > I take T3 in 4 doses daily but I found I would sometimes forget or not have the meds with me when I was out. Guest guest
Thanks Pam! I'll be getting one of these key rings. Looks like it'll be really useful. Currently I take my pill holder (which carries a week's supply) when I'm out and about during the day. Here's a link to one of the ones listed on Amazonhttp://www.amazon.co.uk/Keychain-Valentine-Holder-bottle-SILVER/dp/B004SYO62C/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8 & qid=1328007673 & sr=8-1 Lynne
Guest guest
Hi, I've found the same keyring on ebay for less than half the price plus 99p postage. Guest guest
Brilliant idea Pam - have ordered a couple from EBay for my different meds. They are only 99p from China postage included - you cant go wrong with that price can you? I have ordered a few things from China on EBay and had no problem - in fact sometimes they have arrived within a week but it is usually about 10 days.
