Guest guest
Sheila, is there a long waiting list for this book at the moment? Thanks, x H > > Yes, and an excellent book it is too. > > Here is the link to the section in Files where the Word document is showing what library books are available. >
Guest guest
I've never borrowed anything, but I think you just email Sheila to askg for a specific book. I suppose you have to wait until she can tell you what the postage costs before you know how much to send as payment for P & P. Guest guest
Check out our 'TPA Lending Library' in the FILES SECTION. There you will see all the books we are happy to loan out to members living in the UK (too expensive to send abroad). Click on the Email address underneath the title of each book and send them an email telling them you would like to borrow the book entitled ***** and ask them to let you have their full name and home address so that you can send them stamps to the value of £2.90 (same as Amazon). Once the stamps have been received, whoever holds the book will send this out to you, but please, please, please, do not forget to include your own full name and home address. You would be surprised how many people actually forget. Try not to keep the book for too long in case there is somebody else waiting to borrow it. Lowe's 'Your Guide to Metabolic Health' is now available if you want to borrow this. Send stamps to Sheila - Squirrel Cottage, Ickornshaw, Cowling, Nr Keighley, BD22 0DH, North Yorkshire. Luv - Sheila I've never borrowed anything, but I think you just email Sheila to askg for a specific book. Guest guest
Hi Helen, I just answered this in another message - your 'bumped' one and no, there is no waiting list right now. See my other message about this. Luv - Sheila Sheila, is there a long waiting list for this book at the moment?
