You could give Amazon a try- type in Pure Encapsulations DHEA - it starts at 5mg

up. They also do 7 Keto.

I have been taking 25mg every other day for a few months and they really do work

for me.

I am trying to decide whether or not to change to just 7 Keto but unsure and at

what dosage??? I am worried about oestrogen dominance and being female do not

want to raise testosterone levels etc.

Any thoughts welcome.

Thanks Nikki. As I just said in my last post it would appear that the 7-keto

DHEA dose is slightly different to normal DHEA but don't take my word for it.

As I understand it 7-keto is often more suitable for women as it does not

stimulate hair growth (from testosterone stimulation I am guessing). Just my 2

cents.
