Hi Nicola

Don't worry yet and don't place another order. I have received my latest order

from the Mexican drug store - ordered on 3rd Jan -arrived on 20th. Cant explain

the problem logging in but the site has always been very trustworthy.

Hi Nicola

I had this problem before Xmas, and so emailed them as I was concerned as I had

two orders in transit. They told me that there were technical problems, and that

they would be OK the next day.

During my enquiries that sent me a link, and have just tried this out and

reached a page which said it did not exist. I tried going to the home page, and

then tried LOG IN and was accepted. Meanwhile I will try the it by the web page

not from the email link to see if that is OK. I have received both orders.

Has the money been taken from your account.

I must say, I have come across this with quite a few websites, even with quite

well known companies. On some websites I come across the " password not

recognised " problem every time I want to place an order. I have to resort to

the " Forgotten your password? " button. I haven't forgotten the password - the

site has!

I wouldn't assume that because there are a few technical problems that it means

there are problems with the company.

there was a link in the email which, it said, would allow me to log into my

account. When I clicked on it, it said that the page was no longer available.

Click on this link and see if it works Nicola http://mymexicandrugstore.org/

- it certainly works for me.

Does anyone know if they are still trading, or what is the problem. I am

reluctant to place another order using a different email address in case there

is a problem with the site, or in case I've been taken for a ride.

HI I have tried putting the web site into my browser and all works well.

I think before Xmas My Mexican Drug Store had a problem with their certificate,

so perhaps some forget to renew them.

I did have a problem with Aviva my insurance company over logging in and gave up

in the end, even they could not sort it out.

During my change of name I came back home one day only to find 5 letters from

them all the same, so I rang them up and ask what they were up to and that it

was a waste of paper let alone postage.

Naturally it was blamed on the computer, that was generating these letters, but

somebody has to be in control of their computers.

I also never ask the computer to remember my passwords, as they could be hacked

into.

I placed an order before Christmas and was concerned about delivery so I posted

on their facebook page to ask them. https://www.facebook.com/mymexicandrugstore

you get a good response there if you are concerned about anything.

Thanks for all your comments friends. I felt very reassured by all your past

positive experiences with MMDS.

I emailed customer support and was delighted to receive a very prompt response

saying that they had reset my password and that it should work ok from now on.

I'm happy to say that they were right and I was able to log in immediately and

view my account.

Thanks again,

Nicola
