What makes policonasol better than nattokinese? Have you actually tried it or do you know anyone that has? As for fiber, I do eat beans, which I love. Guest guest
AS mentioned earlier..My husband finally reduced his cholesterol by taking 2 T. Apple cider vinegar before every meal. He also limited animal fat and tried to consume lots of veggies and whole grains. His numbers are now excellent! Doctor stated that they were like a teenager! Guest guest
I know of some very excellent supplements for lowering cholesterol and also for detoxing the liver and the colon. Most everyone here knows that my colon detox product kept my colo-rectal cancer from advancing further up into my colon and spreading into my inguinal lymph nodes. This is documented by my cancer doctors. The same supplement that lowers cholesterol also cleanses the blood. Email me and I will get you the information. I think I have mentioned all 3 of the products here before. But I would be more than happy to give you more detailed information. Also, I have some good juicing recipes for detoxing the liver and for colon and blood cleansing. I'm always happy to share what I have know and what I continue to learn. Guest guest
Hi Joe, I'm not sure I understand what you are saying. I've been on cures for cancer for almost a year. I posted my cancer story and my nutrition story. I am a survivor of colo-rectal cancer who was given less than 6 months to live. I went thru a very aggressive chemo and radiation treatment. It is documented by my team of cancer doctors that my nutrition saved my life not only from the cancer but from the cancer treatment as well. It is also documented that the colon detox supplement I use prevented my cancer from advancing further into my colon and spreading into my lymphatic system. I only support and recommend supplements from one source (except my Essiac tea). I have studied metabolic nutrition for 13 years. My supplements are from First Fitness International in Dallas, Texas. I could go on about the company but never feel like being accused of spamming. It does happen with people who don't know me as well as many here do. So I generally keep it low key. Most everyone here knows I am here in a sincere capacity to help others, as well as to learn from others. I am cancer free for 4 years now. I suffered 2 and 1/2 years of severe depression and 5 different severe anxiety disorders that were all secondary to my cancer. I had to use my supplements and other alternative methods (meditation, yoga, etc.) to get thru that too. I am a 43 year old single parent of a 22 year old autistic son and 13 and 5 year old daughters. I lost everything to the cancer except my life and my kids! I am struggling to regain financial security in my life. So I am often asked why I give my distributor discount to everyone when I could be making money. The answer is because my cancer was so financially devastating (I lost my medical insurance in the middle of it all!). Since I am on a mission to help save lives and personally know the cost of cancer, I do what I can to help people who are fighting the battle finacially too. So to go into detail about my supplements in my posts isn't really necessary. Most everyone has read those details in my cancer survivor testimony. I will check out the link you posted here. I don't know if you are a cancer survivor, but we share a bond that others just can't fully grasp, unless they have lived the experience. I still struggle with emotional issues related to my cancer and why I survived the #2 killing cancer in the U.S. when so many others do not. Of course, I could do what I've seen many others come here and do. I could post " Miracle Supplements. Saved my life from Cancer. Go to my website and buy them right now!!! " Then those people disappear. That is not why I'm here though. That is my story in a nut shell. If there is anything else I can tell you about myself or my supplements, please don't hesitate to ask. If you haven't read my cancer story, it is still here in the archives. I intend to repost it at the request of a few others. All my best to you, Joe. Guest guest
thanks renee for your reply. yes! it does often read like spam. do have a look at bruce's website..... and it would help if you can grab the post number of your cancer story..... i would like to read it & searching archives is very slow and cumbersome. i'll have a squint at the supp.company too......not that i need anything.t the moment . i am finding thalidomide and dexamethasone to be a very effective treatment for myeloma which i have had for 16 months. i never tried essiac tea for it over the last year, but it should have been a consideration! i had a bash with jason winter's tea - no effect! i used various plant flavones but the disease progressed. the only thing i used that had pronounced effect was FO/CC which i adopted after reading cliff;s stories about a year ago. however,it had no effect on the anaemia and the disease gradually picked up again through may/june/july/. this recent use of thalidomide has been the first major change since then. cheers - joe > Hi Joe, > > I'm not sure I understand what you are saying. Guest guest
Hi Karma, The same thing has happened to my sister this week. She is 43 and her total cholesterol level came back at 261. She is going to try changing her diet and adding exercise (she has never been one to do regular exercise) to see if that will help. Good luck, I will be thinking about you and hoping that you can both avoid the meds. Guest guest
Hi Karma, I am glad that you are taking plenty of good nutritional supplements. They should help your cholesterol go down so that you won't have to take harmful allopathic meds. Here is the link that you want. I looked Thurmond up myself after reading Melinda's message.
