I'm spending the weekend reading this book and have high hopes of getting better with T3! I know it won't be easy, but after so many years of struggles and getting nowhere on T4, I'm prepared to do what it takes!

Have you tried Armour, or similar, first? himself says T3 only is the

treatment of last resort.

It is a really good book and you will get a lot of useful information out if it,

Yes, thanks, I tried Armour a few years back. I've been on T4 only for too long.
