Where can I get Nystatin from?

Does anyone have any idea where I can get Nystatin from to cure severe Candidiases? I have been trying to deal with this for over a year now. Don't seem to be getting anywhere? I read a couple of books by Dr G Crook who seems to be an expert of this topic. He claims that Nystatin is the most effective treatment. I have tried Fluconazole, 150mg per week for 3 weeks - Absolutely useless. May as well have swallowed some marshmallows. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Adam
