Hi everyone,

OK I've decided I'm going to go Gluten Free as well as start on some

supplements.....

My last results are

TSH 3.7 (0.27 - 4.2) (NO OTHER THYROID NUMBERS WERE TESTED)

Cholestrol 5.0

Urea/Electrolytes

Sodium 141 (133 - 146)

Potassium 5.0 (3.5 - 5.3)

Urea 6.2 (2.5 - 7.8)

Creatinine 88 (62 - 106)

Liver

Total Protein 73 (60 - 80)

Albumin 48 (35 - 50

Total bilirubin 10 (<=21)

Alkaline phosphatase 76 (30 - 130)

ALT/SGPT 20 (<=41)

Globulin 25 (18 - 36)

I am a Hashi's sufferer (Anti-TPO is positive), I have done the ACTH Stim test

and Coeliac screen, both were negative.

I take 150mcg of Levo at the moment but fluctuate between being pretty much ok

(maybe 40% of the time), to extremely tired and feeling my body is about to shut

down (the other 60%)

I have noted from my research so far that Selenium, Iodine, Magnesium and

Vitiman C are all good.......what else would people recommend for someone with a

profile like mine?

Thanks
