Guest guest
I'm sorry, I know this will sound silly, but I am so new to this. . .do you drink the tea, or brush with it? See! I knew that would sound silly. LOL. :-) Also, can this be a preventative treatment or should you only use it when you actually have a cavity? Guest guest
Actually, it's not a silly question at all. I make the tea and brush with it. You can also swish it around in your mouth. You can use it as preventative or when you have an actual cavity. I use the Black Walnut about 3-4 times a week. I love how clean it makes your teeth feel. It is also high in natural fluoride. If you have a large cavity that can't be filled, it won't hurt to try the Black Walnut and White Oak Bark. You could actually make a paste with a White Oak Bark capsule dumped into a small amount of water and pack the cavity overnight for several weeks.
