Simple answer Myrna is no, you should not take your levothyroxine on the morning of your blood test. You can of course take it afterwards. Don't forget that with a fasting blood test you CAN have plain water. In fact you should try and have plenty water as it helps to get the blood flowing easier so that it isn't so difficult for them to take the blood. It will make no difference to the test.
