my naturopath said my TSH of 2.58 and FT3 of 2.9 were perfect mid-range and my

changing from 75mg. of erfa to 90mg despite muscle and joint pain was very bad

and i was getting hyper because i was agitated at the visit. agitated over her

and something else going on in my life. anyways , she said hasimoto's patients

don't usually do well on NDT and they get worse antibodies which then causes the

muscle and joint pain. then the idea of using T3 only freaked her out totally as

she said that is very bad for hashis because of the strain on the adrenals. she

believes in milk thistle for clearing RT3 and she said my level of 21 RT3

wasn't bad and she wants to put me back on synthroid T4 only or reduce my T3 and

use ashwaganda in large amounts to help the T4 to convert to T3. she said most

of her patients with hashis do horrible on synthroid, switch to armour, do ok

for awhile, then have to switch back to synthroid because the armour is too

stressful for the adrenals because it is from a stressed out animal. what do you

think about this all. please respond. i was very sick on synthroid but really

don't want to take an animal product . i am semi-functional on erfa.

also what about this RT3 ratio. how can one ever get above 20 unless they

have virtually no RT3 in their blood. paul robinson says a little RT3 is ok.

what is a high level of RT3 in a range of ll-32.
