Guest guest
Good nutrition is the foundation to good health. If you are confused about all the conflicting advice this event will shed a great deal of light on all the issues involved: http://www.westonaprice.org/events/wise-traditions-london Or watch some of the free videos online. Guest guest
Many thanks for sharing this information Miriam. This is the most common sense advice I have ever heard about food and nutrition. I've watched three of the video's so far and am definitely going to change my eating habits based on the evidence presented here. The shocking part of it is that most of us believe what the government and doctors are 'feeding us' in terms of what is good for our health - without success of course! Big thank you again, Maureen > > Good nutrition is the foundation to good health. Guest guest
Yes, I agree, it is no wonder there is so much chronic ill health these days! If you liked those videos it might be worth you buying the DVD of the 2011 conference. It is a bit expensive, at £25, but contains 4 DVDs and 14 hours of really fascinating talks. It is still a lot cheaper than attending the conference in person. It is available from Amazon, so if you use the link from the Thyroid Patient Advocacy website TPA will get a 5% donation. http://www.amazon.co.uk/Wise-Traditions-London-2011-Conference/dp/B005D48DA2/ref\ =sr_1_1?ie=UTF8 & qid=1328949849 & sr=8-1 Miriam > Many thanks for sharing this information Miriam.
