Guest guest
Call me paranoid but we hear about these scares over vits/mins on and off and I do wonder whether sometimes that it serves those who can make money out of people not being healthy so they can be treated with pharma drugs. Most of us have eaten and still eat adulterated foods etc and with the amount of environmental toxins that we live amongst these days - we are all probably depleted of essential vits and trace minerals. Of course we have to be careful about how much we dose - because it is said that with some they can cause side effects - but surely that is the warning to stop or cut back - I do wonder why we have turned onto a culture of 'nannying' - adults not to be trusted - so not given adequate info - you know, like we do here - if you self treat - you do it through informed choice and research and know that if you get side effects - you reduce or cease. Personally, if the GP won't treat someone who is very low on B12 and other B's then you need to get the optimal doses - it is a waste of money to buy the piddly baby doses and then end up taking several a day. Anyway, that is just my input on the matter. By the way chaps, H & B have there penny sale thing on Mega B-100 timed release - 50 tabs - I think it was £6.99 + 1p for second bottle. Bargain.
