Guest guest
Hi Chris Well i cant seem to keep it through the night. Can fall asleep then after an hour or so i wake up and have to take it off. My mouth and nose (I have tried both types of mask) are so dry and very uncomfortable. If I use the nose mask I sometimes end up with blocked sinuses afterwards. > > Ok let us know what the testosterone result is. > > what problems do you have with the machine? Guest guest
You can get a humidifier for the machine - that avoids the dry nose problem. i asked my trust for one and they gave me one. i have a little cube shaped machine, but it's bigger now with the humidifier. Remstar plus i think i have also tried sprays like calpol spray, these help a little. but that's more for when i have a cold. i would ask for a humidifier, see if that helps. i had to put my pressure up to maximum, 12 was too stresful for me. it felt like i couldn't breath properly. i have it on 20 now. the trust are ok with this. you might want to google 'singing for snorers' which are exerrcises to help tone the throat. i strongly recommend you get the cpap treatment sorted out though so it works for you. chris > > Hi Chris > Well i cant seem to keep it through the night.
