Guest guest
Hi all, My Natural Killer Cell count after 6 weeks of glutathione/ATP injections went from 90 to 108. I am pleased they went up but was expecting a higher number since I am feeling so much better. Is this a good jump? Can others share their progress? Thanks, Marty Z. Guest guest
How much of a increase in energy did you get from the APT injections?\\ thanks Steve Marty Zavala wrote: > From: " Marty Zavala " <martyz@...> > > Hi all, > My Natural Killer Cell count after 6 weeks of glutathione/ATP injections > went from 90 to 108. > > I am pleased they went up but was expecting a higher number since I am > feeling so much better. > > Is this a good jump? Guest guest
>From: " Dr. Steve " <moores@...> > >How much of a increase in energy did you get from the APT injections?\\ > I did not notice a burst or increase in energy as much as a reversal of symptoms. I am detoxing so I feel slightly sleepy, brain fogged and a little tired. There have been days of clarity not just cognitive but physical. I felt great as in no pain, no soreness, no fatigue. Only lasts a few hours. I have to discipline myself to not take full advantage or else I will pay the piper. Before I started the injections, though, I had: joint pain - Went away muscle pain - Decreased significantly - can move easier - don't have to make an effort to walk FATIGUE - Decreased - going for walks now instead of just across my kitchen Fever - Went away Swollen glands - decreased in size and tenderness slightly tingling, under scalp headache - now, I get this only when I overdo it dry, painful eyes - got slightly better vision distortion - regained 50% of loss then stopped insomnia - off Elavil, sleep well even without Valerian Root tingling in elbows, hands, fingers - gone poly-migratory arthritis - only get this 2 out of 10 days basically the entire CDC list I don't know if the ATP is to boost energy as much as it is to carry the glutathione across the cell membrane because the body does not absorb glutathione from blood very well. Which I think is why Dr. Salvato does not recommend supplemental glutathione (capsule form of GSH) and uses the injections instead. Does someone know if this is the case? This is my understanding from research on medline on glutathione. Do not have the reference since I did not keep copies of the studies I was ready. GOBS of stuff on glutathione. Marty Z. Guest guest
Hi, I got back the result of my potassium and it has dropped again to 2.7. And I had to increase my "slow K" to 3 pills (1800 mg) a day. (This has happened steadily over the last four months.) Have other people encountered this problem? I didt not get the aldosterone test result. But my Dr. expects it to show abnormal amounts. Thanks Carol-

Guest guest
Carol: I am concerned about your potassium and your amount of potassium. This amount can be very hard on the stomach, and result in severe diarrhea. Also epigastric pain, pain in the stomach, with reflux. A diuretic that spares potassium is amiloride, and that might ease your taking of potassium. Be agressive in finding a better way to manage your health. There are some good alternatives. Guest guest
Hi, Thanks for your reply. I do not take any diuretics, and I think the reason I am losing potassium may be because the aldosterone is over active. I hope to get the blood results this week. Kidney doctors are the best for combining medications to ease your blood pressure. Many of the medications must be " tinkered with " Some lower your blood pressure by dumping potassium. They have to stop ar at least block some of the aldostrone in order to slow the cycle somewhat.

Guest guest
Hi Jacqui, J's blood test results are very similar to my son's, I also read the info on heart attacks and strokes and panicked, but I was told that along with the other markers, it was probably caused by a 'sluggish' liver. Is J very toxic? Was his serum Iron on the high side? My son's was elevated at 32 (ref range 10.6 - 28.3) which indicated that his liver wasn't storing his iron as it should. Is it a while before you see Dr H? hth Diane Blood test results Just received J's blood test results from DrH and can't make head nor tail of them! All are within normal limits except the following:Platelet count 470 150 - 400White Cell Count 11.25 3.0 - 10.0Monocytes 5.5% 0.7 - 1.5Bicarbonate 20 22 - 29Aspartate Transferase 38 0 - 31LDH 586 240 - 480CK 227 26 - 140Anyone understand these? I have tried to google some of them but I seem to be getting info on heart attacks - bit scary!I will email these to the lab testing group too but I would be grateful of any info/comments or ideas where I can go to have them translated into english!TIAJacqui
Guest guest
Hi Jacqui, Like you our son's blood levels were very similar (although we did not get a platelet reading). When I looked up the stuff the elevated levels of bicarbonate, Aspartate and LDH seemed to be linked to organ damage, in that these are raised when damage has occurred. My son has high levels of lead in particular and that causes damage to just about every organ in the body unfortunately. I am assuming that this is why the levels are elevated. If you do contact Dr Heard would be very interested to here his interpretation. Regards > Just received J's blood test results from DrH and can't make head > nor tail of them! Guest guest
Again thanks for the info - I am intending on writing a real short email to Dr H re this (still feel guilty as I know he is SO busy) - but lead would make sense - hair test prior any intervention showed ALMOST red lead - now we're chelating lead may be sky high - I will write once other tests are back. I am a little jumpy as I have RA and I am hoping more than anything that has not inherited this along with all the other probs she has.... Guest guest
Hi, I agree with Steph. I have been having the same thoughts recently, that if there was a problem with some results and that you should be stopping chelation or something you don't want to be waiting 3 months or so to find out! Do you think that they test results are scanned at Breakspear as soon as they come back in case they highlight something that needs addressing urgently? Or is it only just before your appointment that Dr H would have time to look at them. Perhaps I should be asking him this question, just sounding off.. Guest guest
Hi If yours are the same as the ones from the Breakspear then the Pathology Report does not show cysteine - that comes as a separate test. Guest guest
Hi Gail! I was a non-responder to the original combo. It was 8 months of pure hell for me. Right now it's just dealing with the myriad manifestations of this disease. I lost another tooth 2 weeks ago so I think it's time to get the rest pulled out. I see my Hepatologist on 9/1 and I'll see what he thinks about treatment. I would like to skip the peg and go right to Infergen if I can. If not than I'll probably go for the peg. At least this time I know the sides going in and I have much less responsibilities and no other "situations" (like the divorce from hell I was going through) that I have to deal with. I would like to lose weight and get in better shape before I start though. Allan with 2 L's damn the future is bright Blood test results Hi Y'all, Got my quarterly bloods back.
