Guest guest
Dear Sheila and All, Below is the LAW..... I can not imagine that we would be doing anything but writing criticisms with appropriate citations. We are hardly going to adopt their depraved notions of medical treatment for continuing symptoms of hypothyroidism as our own. We are not going to contradict our own patient counterexamples by using their work as our own. Any allegation to that effect is just NUTS..... Have a great day, > > Please note this page: > > http://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/1956/74/section/6/enacted > > In particular paragraph (2): > > " No fair dealing with a literary, dramatic or musical work shall constitute an infringement of the copyright in the work if it is for purposes of criticism or review, whether of that work or of another work, and is accompanied by a sufficient acknowledgment. Or more particularly for criticism or review. > > Have a great day, >
