Guest guest Posted February 6, 2012 Report Share Posted February 6, 2012 what is the general opinion on taking iodine with hashis. is a small amount ok? what amount is safe. i heard that taking thyroid meds without iodine can lead to cancer. also, if one is using natural wild yam progesterone/ and serenity estrogen creme will this make hashis flare ups worse. my prog/est ratio was high in prog. and my chirocprator said to use a little serenity estrogen creme with the prog. creme to balance it out .
