Guest guest
Hi Is there not such a thing as Double Jeopardy in the medical world as there is in our fair courts of law? This really is a witch hunt not least of all harassment. There is also the breach of patient confidentiality, which if I understand it right, is a big no no and could get a doctor in deep trouble. Unless of course the patients in question did give their consent, which I am sure they would not have done. Does anyone know when these glorious 5 GPs complained to the GMC, and how long the GMC have had to investigate the complaint? Dr Skinner should be given the same amount of time as they had to do his own investigations and prepare a response. I will be writing to email address given by Sheila in defence of Dr Skinner and try to let these people know that what they are doing is not professional and totally reactive to the grumblings and jealousies of one handful of totally unprofessional, unethical and uneducated individuals who I am sure do have another agenda other than the care of one patient. It begins with P. In total disgust and total distrust of the medical profession. Vickyanne
Guest guest
Thanks Lillian I did not know that. However, DNA will not be an issue here. But I take your point. It is just so unfair to Dr Skinner. They in investigated him before, he was exonerated and the public and his peers were made aware of this. Is there not an ombudsman type of thing which deals with medical matters who he can appeal to as what the GMC and the glorious 5 are doing to him is harrassment and calling his name into disrepute. This new thing surely must call into question the ability of the GMC to look at anything in a clear, professional and non emotive way.Vickyanne From: Lilian <lilian15@...>; To: <thyroid treatment >; Subject: Re: Dr Skinner Sent: Fri, Feb 17, 2012 5:57:26 PM You are behind the times Vicky, double jeopardy has been dropped from our laws for some years now. If someone has been tried for murder and acquitted, yet several years later DNA was found and it was his, he can now be re-tried. Guest guest
Unless you are suffering with 's disease or Cushing's syndrome, then no, Dr Skinner will not treat adrenals, and this is something you need to look after yourself - and we have plenty of information in our files section under the folder name 'Adrenals' that will help you to do this. Luv - Sheila Does Dr Skinner treat adrenal problems?
