Guest guest
I queried where to purchase erfa thyroid as I have started taking it and other posts state it is no longer available you recommended I look at the internet pharmacy folder. this folder recommends use of other thyroid is armour and nature thyroid are these exactly the same as erfa as i so not want to be changing products and they do not specify what hormones are in the products. i am very concerned as i have stopped thyroxine to try erfa and now it may not be available and i do not like the idea of trying other products when i am still only in the initial stages. any advice please
Guest guest
Elaine, The only place we could get Erfa without prescription has now decided that they don't want to sell it any more.... well, niot to people with no prescription. They said there was a change inregulations, but it appears not..... we really don't understand why they don't want to sell it. So the only way to get Erfa is with a prescription. There are other brands of Natural Thyrois available, they all contsin roughtly the same amounts of hormones and they all come from pig thyroid. The brands are Thiroyd, Thiroyd-S, Naturethroid, Armour and.... errr..... can't remember the others..... I've tried all of them apart from armour and can't tell any difference between brands so I just buy the cheapest. (Thiroyd) . > > I queried where to purchase erfa thyroid as I have started taking it and other posts state it is no longer available
