Guest guest
Morning chums! Sheila asked me to post these on the forum for comment. The tests were done in October/November last year, and it was the first time I've had them carried out. Some have no reference ranges, so it may well be useless to interpret them, I don't know, but please offer comment if you feel like it. Particularly in regard to Vit D3, it seems very low, but although I do spend as much time outside at the weekend in the garden and keeping fit, I guess my exposure to sunlight is pretty low being desk based mainly - if that's the reason it's low that is. I have a really, really healthy diet, grow most of our own veg (during the growing season), don't smoke, don't drink excessively, and keep really fit. - total testosterone 22.4 (9 to 27) - 9am cortisol 315 (150 to 680) - ferretin 187 (no scale given) - Vit B12 306 (no scale given) - folate 7.9 (no scale given) - normal kidney function (whatever that means) - copper 18 (11 to 20) - magnesium 0.90 (0.70 to 1) - thyroid antibodies posture 201 (no idea what that is) - Vit D 57 (50 to 150) - seems very low - zinc 13.4 - caeruloplasmin 0.22 (no scale given) - thyroid antibodies quoted as negative - adrenal cortex antibodies quoted as negative Hope you're all well, Matt
