There should be other things mentioned as well Del.   Such as no advertising, not mentioning doctors names, not contacting people without their permission etc.    There was one already done - where is it?

I've checked the Scheduled Messages ...er... schedule. There is nothing in there being sent out regarding the snipping of messages. I will set one up tomorrow to be sent out at a suitably annoying frequency!
