Hi, How do I order a urine test kit for T3 and T4? Have gone to gdx (after reading discounts section) but when I get to order it it's asking for the pratictioner's 5 digit number? Has TPA got a number for me to put in? Janet

You must quote `Thyroid Patient Advocacy UK as `PRACTITIONER', or you will not

be given the discount.

We don't have a

five digit number. You just need to tell them that Thyroid Patient Advocacy is

your practitioner and they will send the results to you. When you receive them,

post them on the forum and give the reference range and we will help with their

interpretation. Genova Diagnostics will not send out kits to members of the

general public unless the tests are being ordered under the guidance of a

medical practitioner and in our particular circumstance, it has been agreed with

Genova that TPA can be classed as such.
