Any advice on what kind of fillings to have?

Hello everyone,

Once again I'd like to thank everyone in advance of asking this question, I

really don't know where I would be if it wasn't for the advice that I get from

this group :0)

I have Hashi's and take 175 mcgs levo, 60mcgs T3, 4 nutri adrenal, and vit c,

B12, iron and selenium.

I am due to have two small fillings to my bottom back two molar teeth, and I've

already told my dentist(NHS) that I didnt want to have any more amalgam

fillings.

He has agreed to fill them with a white filling, im unsure of the name of the

material to be used, but on doing further reading, in finding that these too can

have problems, due to whats in them, In fact in doing further reading im now

very apprehensive about getting any dental work done.

I dont know what to do, and am unsure if there is any filling that would be

suitable....I dont want to just have them removed.

Can any one offer me any advice, as to where I go from here?
