Guest guest
So on my appointment yesterday i tried to explain how i had been able to stop adrenal support by follwing the circadian rhythm T3 method, and he said that it goes against endocrinolgy. Because if you are taking T3 in the middle of the night it would be speeding up your metabolism and using up more cortisol. So i pulled the book out and said would you be willing to read this book about it and it also goes into some detal about the whole T3 protocol. He took it off me and seemed highly interested. I said " if you are actually not going to read it could i have it back at my next appointment as i would like it for references, or if you are going to read it then please take as long as needed " To which he replied " I will read it in time for your next appointment " My next appointment is mid march so quite a wait but fingers crossed! Before giving the book i asked him how many people he had treated with T3 only to which he replied only a handfull as hardly anybody needs to be, i also asked the same question about adrenal support to which he replied so many ive lost count (i was actuslly surprised by this last answer) Also when i was having my ECG (which looks ok) the nurse was on thyroxine but actually said to me " its doing nothing " . Then we got onto the discussion about T3 only but she did not have a clue and said you've lost me when i tried to explain T4 converts into T3 lol Steve
