Guest guest
Hi, Looking in the files section I see that Dr.Peatfield is no longer registered with the GMC. I am looking for a doctor that is aware of any adrenal issues being addressed before the thyroid is looked at. Really like the sound of Dr. Peatfield as sounds really experienced plus he does his outreach clinics so would be accessible am I wasting my time making appt. if he can't prescribe? Be really grateful for some feedback. Thanks, Janet
Guest guest
He's brilliant, and he will tell you where you can purchase whatever supplements/hormone replacement you are likely to need. Also on this forum, TPA members get massive discounts on tests and supplements (33% on Nutri products). We have lists of reputable Internet Pharmacies where you can buy thyroid, adrenal hormones etc. I would give him a go. It would cost you much more to go to a private doctor who can prescribe than it would seeing Dr P and buying your own medication.
