Guest guest
Hi all, Dr. in his webinar said that iodine is no good for hashi's, yet the iodine group has testimonials of people getting cured on iodine and they recommend Bowenstein's book on iodine. what is the experience of those in this group? What dose would be ok to take and is kelp (sea weed) ok? My last hormone saliva panel showed my ratio of PG/E2 was 1058 (optimal 100-500 when E2 1.3-3.3 pg/ml). My naturopath recommended natural progesterone cream and natural estrogen cream to balance the ratio. Should I continue or stop this as Dr. says progesterone could make hashi's worse (was he referring to all hormone creams even the one from wild yam or just synthetic formulations?).Thanks for any help you can give me.
