Ok....I have started my NDT

Well, as I had to leave off my eltoxin yesterday in preparation for my blood

test, and my Westthroid came this morning, I thought now is as good a time as

any

I have started with 1/2 grain after my blood draw this morning, and I am about

to take 1/4grain now. My heart rate is still fine and the only thing I noticed

was about an hour after I took my half grain I had a sudden wave of extreme

yawning. It passed after about 30 mins.

Is this something that is normal?

Also, does anyone take 'Thiroyd'? I am a bit concerned about the possibility of

an aluminium content. I found this site with reference to gluten

Does anyone here know the answer please and does anyone know how long results

take to arrive from Genova,
