Guest guest
I would take your first sample when you wake Connie and know you cannot get back to sleep, or half an hour after waking. Also, you need to do the test samples on a day when you are not resting, i.e. Sunday, sitting in armchair, reading papers etc. and not doing housework. Remember, this is a test to study your adrenal STRESS profile. Good luck Luv - Sheila So, let's say I took the sample at 8.30 am - 30 min after 'rising' - as a matter of fact, I would've been awake (not up) since 6 am. Should I count the 30 to 60 minutes really from the time of getting up or from the time of waking up? Hope this makes sense, I don't know how to explain this properly. Thanks! Guest guest
Thanks Sheila, looks like next Monday is perfect for this - I have a course assignment due Tuesday that I most certainly will attend to last minute, and that ALWAYS stresses me out. Plus, GP appointment in the afternoon with a new doctor at same surgery: the (pessimistic) anticipation of that encounter will get me sufficiently stressed. ;)Connie>> I would take your first sample when you wake Connie and know you cannot get> back to sleep, or half an hour after waking.
