Guest guest
Hi, everybodyI've received the test kit for the adrenal stress profile and my question is about the first morning sample. It says it should be taken between 30 and 60 minutes after getting up.Fair enough. Problem is that if I get up at 8 am, I've usually been awake (or rather not quite asleep) for at least 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 hours. It's part of my sleep disorder where I wake up too early with instant anxiety/panicky feeling in my stomach and even though I'm dead tired, can't fall back asleep again until the alarm clock rings. So, let's say I took the sample at 8.30 am - 30 min after 'rising' - as a matter of fact, I would've been awake (not up) since 6 am. Should I count the 30 to 60 minutes really from the time of getting up or from the time of waking up?Hope this makes sense, I don't know how to explain this properly. Thanks!Connie
